Our
purpose, simply stated is to try and meet some of the needs of St.
Paul 's United Church Congregation in Paris , ON . These include:

Each
Sunday we provide rides to church for those who require transportation.

Volunteer
visitors deliver UCW handmade cards monthly to an average of
60 shut-ins in hospitals, nursing homes and private homes and
poinsettias at Christmas.

Visiting
Elders deliver our Newsletters approximately four times a year.

Phone
calls are made to some shut-ins through the Phone Link program.

Arranging
delivery of Easter lilies is our responsibility.

The
Prayer Link is provided for those who are requesting prayer
for support of their concerns.

Notes
are sent to newcomers, new members and baptisms.
-
We
appreciate knowing when there is an illness, admission to hospital
or nursing home or death in the congregation in order for us
to send a note, phone call or visit.
